As Colorado State University’s move-in date is the same week and with the venue next to the college campus, we suggest planning your trip slightly earlier than you normally would.

What should I wear?

Dress like you’re having a nice night out! Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable, confident, and you think looks good! Definitely don’t feel the need to go out and buy something new to wear (although you’re free to use this as an excuse to do so!) The ceremony and reception will take place outdoors in Colorado and on the garden paths, which can be uneven, so please take that into consideration.

Will I be starving?

Food will be served! We’re planning on an allergen-friendly fajita buffet for dinner with dessert! Dinner will be served at 6:30 PM, so if this is after your normal dinner time, please have a snack beforehand.

There is no alcohol allowed at the venue, so please do not bring any.

What’s the parking situation?

There will be plenty of free parking at the venue (2145 Centre Ave, Fort Collins, CO 80526) which is less than a minute walk to the front door!

What’s the media coverage like?

We’re not live-streaming the wedding but we do plan on recording the ceremony and have a professional photographer for the entire time. We do ask that during the ceremony guests do not take pictures or have phones out.

What time should I be there?

Due to restricted access, we are not allowed to prepare the venue beforehand. Guests will be allowed within the Garden's Lobby no earlier than 5:35 pm (unless weather requires), but you are free to mingle outside the main door earlier. The doors will not open until 5:50 pm for a 6:00 pm ceremony start.

Guests in the Wedding Party should arrive between 4:30 and 4:45 PM!

Where’s the registry?

You’re not allowed to see it! We purposefully don’t have a registry page, we are only asking for your presence. We know that travel is expensive, and we very much don’t want to throw a burden at anyone. Plus, who wants to travel with a double-decker air fryer and ice cream maker combo machine through airport security? That would be a nightmare.
